The minimum wage in Florida will be $13.00 per hour starting on ‘September 30, 2024,’ and “tipped employees will get at least $9.98 per hour in addition to tips,” both until ‘September 29, 2025.’ The ‘Department of Revenue’ and the ‘Department of Commerce’ of Florida, are responsible for annually publishing the adjusted state ‘minimum wage’ and its effective date.

From “1789 to 1797,” George Washington, a ‘surveyor, farmer, statesman, military officer, and member of the American Founding Fathers,’ led the USA as its first president. Born in 1732 into a Virginia planter family, he was a prominent figure in Virginia’s political scene, serving in the “House of Burgesses” (which was the colonial legislature of Virginia).

The U.S. federal government’s “Department of Veterans Affairs” (VA) provides benefits to veterans and their families. After the “Department of Defense,” VA is the second largest department within the federal government. Pensions, disability benefits, schooling, housing loan, life insurance, survivor support, career restoration, health care, and “funeral expenses” are some of these benefits.

“Xi Jinping,” a man of Han ancestry, was born in “Fuping, Shaanxi” province, in June 1953. The first CPC general secretary to be born after the PRC’s founding is Xi. Xi received his degree from Tsinghua University’s “School of Humanities and Social Sciences,” where he finished an in-service graduate program in political and ideological education as well as Marxist theory.

A Political Action Committee (PAC) is “any group, association, structure, or other gathering of people” formed with the intention of “supporting or opposing” a political party, an initiative, referendum, recall, or “the candidacy or election of an individual to a position of leadership.” No candidate, public official, or “individual representing a public official” controls or coordinates the PAC.

The President of the United States currently receives an “annual salary of $400,000” and some additional expense fund to help cover costs arising from his official duties. A non-taxable expenditure account holds worth $50,000 per year. As per section 1552 of “title 31, United States Code,” any portion of the expense allowance that is not utilized will be returned to the Treasury.

The people do not directly elect the USA “president and vice president.” Rather, the Electoral College process is used to select them. There is no physical location for the Electoral College. To win the “presidential election,” a candidate must receive the support of “at least 270 Electors,” or “more than half of the total electorate” of the Electoral College.
